Returns
If you have received a shipment from Dansys which includes damaged, faulty product or wrong product delivery, please contact us at +971 4 435 6446 or at our toll free no. 800-326797 within 24 hours where we will authorize the return for replacement and provide a return authorization number which must be quoted at the time of return delivery.
If returning an item(s) for replacement, you must include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for a return and replacement. All shipping fees will be absorbed by us.
All returns must contain a copy of the delivery airway bill number and order number, the return authorization code (obtainable from Customer Service) and the reason. It is appreciated that all items are re-packed securely.
